Parties at Bugz can only be booked online and ONLY in one of two ways:
A customer can book a party by visiting the website and by completing the online booking form. Once the customer has paid online by using the online payment option OR by paying EFT and sending through immediate proof of payment (and following up that Bugz has received such proof of payment) the chosen party venue and timeslot will become unavailable to any other client
A customer can visit the bugz booking office where one of our party reservation staff will complete the online booking on the customers behalf while the customer provides all the necessary information
Once a customer has booked a party online the party information can be accessed and edited online by a customer if any changes are to be made. Online changes are only allowed until five days prior to the date of the party.
It is extremely important that customers realize that a specific timeslot and venue can only be reserved once payment has been received. Due to the fact that online bookings are occurring all the time, venues and timeslots will be marked as “unavailable” once payment has been received for such a venue or timeslot. If a customer has therefore made an online booking but has not paid yet, it could very possibly happen that your chosen timeslot and venue becomes unavailable due to the fact that another customer has chosen it and made payment. In such an event, a customer would need to choose an other venue and or timeslot.
The online booking system has been developed in a user friendly way and the system guides one every step of the way as customers progress through the form.
