Thanks for a lovely Sunday…everything was awesome! Loved everything, thanks again. The Lady that was assisting at the secret garden, she was lovely.

I would really like to sing the praises of JJ - the amazing lad that is always so loyal at the horse rides. He really has a touch with the kids and even though most of the staff is always friendly and helpful, it does feel like he just goes the extra mile, never complaining about the tediousness or the heat and he has a way to just calm the little ones that might be a bit more afraid of the horses. I do hope you can reward him in some way, but otherwise please just send him our heartfelt thanks for a great job done!

Thanks a lot guys! My daughter, Mikayle had a fabulous time with her creche, Tiny Little World, at your playpark. You made her day! She just love Bugz and enjoyed herself to the max! Mwaah!!!

Thank you, Bugz for hosting us on Saturday. Madison's Candyland birthday was a huge success, 4 years in a row and still the best party venue in Cape Town!

A biiiiiiiiiiiiig thank you to all the staff Bugz Family Playpark for giving Na'ilah the best birthday party EVER!

Na'ilah had a great time and all the guests (big and small!) were very impressed.

A huge big thank you to Lo-Andi Visser for the awesome service we received when we visited Bugz on 27 December 2012. My little boy, Liam Morisse had the time of his life :)

Well were do I start! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for a wonderful, well organised party.

I would like to thank YOU, Yolanda and staff for the way in which you made WBHO parents and children feel very special on Sunday.

From the start I was most impressed.

*The ladies at the entrance were so well organised and we really felt special by having our own entrance desk.
*The Bear that greeted the children was awesome and the children just loved being greeted by him.
*A big thank you too, to the helpers that assisted me by fetching the Christmas presents out of my bakkie and carrying them for me to a place Yolanda provided me with, to hide the presents away from the children until it was time for Father Christmas to arrive.
*The venue looked absolutely stunning!!!!!! The decorations, Christmas tree, and Father Christmas' throne was just fantastic.
*Yolanda and her staff looked after me by providing me with a cup of coffee while I waited for my guests to arrive - not something a person gets everyday - I felt special and spoilt.
*The lunch and platters were very delicious and many people complimented the muffins and cakes.
*The rest of the day went off quite smoothly with 1 or 2 glitches that Yolanda and her staff handled efficiently and accommodated my needs with no fuss. To them I say A HUGE THANK YOU.
*The guy at the gate that looked after the hidden presents for me and assisted me to bring them to the venue - Thank you, he was very kind and pleasant, assuring me all the time that the presents were safe.

Need I say more.... No words can express my gratitude to towards Bugz Staff for an impressive Christmas Party for WBHO.

Just one thing negative,...The parents and children were very tired by 5pm because of all the wonderful entertainment at Bugz. LOL

I want to thank everyone at Bugz Playpark for making my daughter's first birthday party perfect and stunning! We had a wonderful time and my daughter had a ball. The service was excellent and the food yummy! Will definitely be back for more fun and special days!!!
