What will a party cost me?

There are 3 components that a customer needs to pay for.

  1. R99 per child for a minimum of 10 kids, therefore R990 PLUS
  2. R150 venue fee PLUS
  3. R25 park entrance fee per adult (parents and grandparents of the birthday child do not pay AND you can choose the option whereby the adults have to pay for themselves)

Therefore if you have 10 kids at the party and only the parents and grandparents of the birthday child and no additional food for the adults, the party will cost you R1140.

What does the R99 per child include?

Entrance to the park, a party pack with sweets, niknaks or flings and an apple juice.

 

 

AND

An ice cream

AND

A food option of a hotdog or Vienna and chips or a toasted cheese sandwich.

AND

Park rides (weather permitting). Excludes the quadbikes and paintball

Does the R99 per child include the token rides?

Unlimited park rides are included except for the quadbikes and paintball. Usually this All Rider VIP wristband costs R70 per child for day visitors. This VIP wristband will allow the kid’s unlimited token rides excluding quads and paintball and the BRAND NEW water speedslide.

What timeslots are there for the parties?

On Saturdays there are three time slots. Each timeslot is 2 hours long.  09h00 until 11h00, 12h00 until 14h00 and 15h00 until 17h00

On Sundays and Public Holidays there are two timeslots.  Each timeslot is 3 hours long.  10h00 – 13h00 and 14h00 – 17h00

On Fridays parties are held between 14h00 and 16h00.

Can we stay longer than the allocated timeslot?

Yes, but customers need to move from their party venue and take up seating within the park. Customers can stay in the park for the full day.

Do I pay for adults attending the party?

Yes.  R25 per adult. Either the birthday parent pays for the adults or you can choose the option where adults have to pay for themselves.  Parents and Grandparents of the birthday child receive free entry.

Sometimes the parent of the birthday child chooses to pay for a certain number of adults and the rest have to pay for themselves.  In such a case we would need the full list of whom the parent is paying for on the day before the party.

Do you cater for adult food?

Yes.  We have a wide variety of very delicious platters to choose from.  See the booking form and platter section of this website to view the options and prices.
Do you cater for halaal platters? Yes, we purchase items from certified halaal suppliers for the halaal platters.

When do I need to pay?

A booking at a venue for a specific timeslot can only be reserved upon payment of R1000 deposit. The rest of the bill can be settled prior to the party or on the day of the party. An itemised bill will be provided.

Can I bring in any extras?

No. The only item that parents may bring in is their own birthday cake. The rest, Bugz will source if not mentioned on our optional extra’s list.

Do you supply birthday cakes?

Yes. We supply gorgeous birthday cakes. From rice paper cakes to detailed plastic icing master pieces. See the cake section on this website to view examples and prices. You can also provide us with a picture of a cake and we will supply you with a quote.

Moms and Tots Get Together

What does a Baby Shower Cost?

A Baby Shower need to be booked for a minimum of 10 people.  The cost is R150 per head.

 

What will the moms get?

At a R150 per head (for the Baby Shower) each person will receive a Cupcake in a teacup, assortment of mini peppermint crisp tarts & lemon meringue cups.  Assortment of mini quiches and our famous chicken salad wraps.

Coffee, tea & juice

How long can we stay?

Your period in your venue is 2 hours on a Friday or Saturday and 3 hours on a Sunday. Thereafter you can still stay on in the park for the rest of the day.

Corporate Events

What does a Corporate Event Cost?

For and event to be classified as an EVENT we need to have a minimum of 100 guests. There are 4 components that a company needs to pay for:

  1. Kids entrance, food and treats and rides at R130 per child   
  2. Venue fee.  The smallest venue fee being R2000 for 100 people
  3. R25 entrance fee per adult
  4. Platters and drinks for the adults

EXAMPLE: A price scenario for 30 kids and 70 adults could be as follows:

  1. 30 kids @ R130 = R3900 (this will include their food, treats and unlimited rides (excl paintball and quads)
  2. R2000 venue fee
  3. 70 adults @ R25 = R1750
  4. 2 savoury platters @ R275 each, 3 wrap platters @R350 each, 2 cheese platters @ R250 each, 2 sweet platters @ R175 each and 10 x 2L colddrinks at R25 each .  Totalling the food to R2700

Therefore a total cost of R10 350

What timeslots are available for corporate events?

Fridays between 14h00 and 17h00 OR Weekends between 10h00 and 13h00.

Yes, but customers need to move from their party venue and take up seating within the park. Customers can stay in the park for the full day. Customers may also book the venue for an additional timeslot at an additional fee.

When do I need to pay?

We require a written order number from our corporate clients. A 50% deposit needs to be paid when booking the party otherwise the function can not be reserved. The remaining 50% is due 7 working days prior to the event. Any additional extras can be settled on the day.
